Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Delivering innovative solutions for internal customers, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer I will build core capabilities and APIs, create lightweight interfaces, and mentor junior engineers within the AI Enablement team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver secure, high-quality, and performant code while building reusable solutions
• Contribute to design and architecture through implementation of patterns and participation in design reviews
• Support security, performance, and reliability, and assist in root-cause analysis on production issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on production services and APIs
• Proficiency in building and deploying services in cloud environments (AWS or Google Cloud)
• Experience with AI coding agents and their effective utilization in development work
• Familiarity with containerization technologies
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
