Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of foundational systems for a leading workforce management platform, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will ship platform capabilities, enhance agentic systems, and lead architectural decisions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ship platform capabilities across all customer and internal products
• Own performance, security, and stability for high-traffic production systems
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver customer impact

Required qualifications

• A minimum of five years in a professional engineering role, primarily focused on backend development
• Expert-level systems design with a track record of launching production-ready systems
• Demonstrated experience with agentic or LLM-based systems
• Ability to operate effectively in autonomous and ambiguous environments
• Excellent written communication skills for cross-time zone collaboration
