Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Software Engineer for a full-time, remote position who will lead back-end and generative AI content pipelines, delivering multiple substantial features weekly to support educators and students.

Key responsibilities

• Ship multiple substantial features per week using AI and agentic coding
• Operate as the technical lead for the agentic coding pipeline, writing detailed prompts and specifications
• Architect resilient, high-scale backend systems and collaborate on technical direction with product leaders

Required qualifications

• Expertise in continuous multi-session development with AI tools like Claude Code and OpenAI Codex
• Experience building backend AI orchestration layers and managing durable execution and structured outputs
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, particularly in developing complex agentic pipelines
• Ability to thrive in high-autonomy teams and manage projects end-to-end
• Motivation to leverage the latest AI developments to enhance educational products
