Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Software Engineer, the ideal candidate will lead and manage initiatives in collaboration with product and design teams, focusing on building scalable and maintainable systems using technologies such as Elixir, Postgres, GraphQL, React, Typescript, and AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives within the engineering squad, partnering with product and design teams
• Champion the maintenance and continuous improvement of a secure and efficient codebase
• Mentor and guide engineers in their career development and skill enhancement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack experience for Senior Engineer I or 6+ years for Senior Engineer II
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects
• Experience in building well-architected systems at scale
• Desire to work in a high-velocity environment with a commitment to continuous learning
• Proficiency in modern backend system design and architecture or front-end user experience design
