Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with product, engineering, and implementation teams, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will analyze product requirements and design scalable healthcare revenue cycle management solutions while managing SQL development, ETL workflows, and system integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, test, and maintain applications and data integration solutions to meet business and client needs
• Optimize and maintain complex SQL queries and database objects to support application functionality and reporting
• Mentor Software Engineers through design reviews and training opportunities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, particularly with the Microsoft technology stack
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented software development using C# and related .NET technologies
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including advanced T-SQL development and performance tuning
• Experience with Azure cloud-native applications and Agile methodologies
