Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To drive product growth, the full-time Senior Software Engineer II will build in-product experiences that enhance creator engagement and success while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical execution of growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and contribute to experiments and funnel improvements
• Establish technical patterns and measurement practices for the growth team, coaching others on outcome-driven methodologies

Required qualifications

• Experience in full-stack engineering, particularly with Ruby on Rails and React
• Proven track record in product-led initiatives at a SaaS company, focusing on recurring revenue and customer relationships
• Strong understanding of data-informed decision-making, including proficiency in SQL and analytics tools
• Experience working in remote-first teams with minimal process overhead
• Ability to navigate and contribute to complex legacy systems while driving innovation
