Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing healthcare organization, the remote Senior Software Engineer will design and build scalable platform services and applications while contributing to architectural decisions and leveraging AI-enhanced developer tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable platform services, web and mobile applications, and AI-powered workflows
• Contribute to architectural decisions regarding event-driven systems and long-term platform scalability
• Collaborate with product teams to define MVP scope and improve SDLC processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience building scalable systems across web, mobile, or backend services
• Hands-on experience with cloud architecture and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of microservices and performance optimization
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity
