Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic engineering team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Flask, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance software solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Participate in architecture discussions and mentor junior engineers

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5-7 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and Flask
• Solid experience designing and building RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
