Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the technical vision for the Feature Store product, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will own architecture and design, guide product roadmaps, and engage with enterprise customers to ensure high performance and reliability in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture, design patterns, and engineering standards for the feature store platform
• Assist in the implementation of the next generation of the feature store for scale and low-latency serving
• Partner with Product and leadership to translate customer requirements into actionable engineering priorities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend/infrastructure engineering with expertise in large-scale distributed systems
• Deep experience with ML infrastructure, data platforms, or feature engineering systems at scale
• Expertise in Python, Go, and Rust
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data infrastructure (Kafka, Flink, Redis, Spark, or similar)
• Experience working with enterprise customers, particularly in regulated industries like financial services
