Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and deliver scalable, resilient full-stack applications for the Global Payment Network platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive architecture, software design, and code quality within Agile teams, mentoring engineers and promoting best practices
• Build and maintain modern web applications and scalable APIs using React, Java, and related technologies
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and identify opportunities for innovation and automation in engineering processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years in UI development
• Strong expertise in building front-end applications using React, Redux, and JavaScript
• Experience developing enterprise applications with Java and/or Node.js
• Understanding of software engineering principles, distributed systems, and RESTful API design
