Job Summary

Building and improving systems for government records, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will engineer software products end-to-end on a cloud-native stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance systems for migrating, preserving, and making government records searchable and accessible
• Engineer frontend and backend software products while adhering to lean-agile practices and federal security standards
• Mentor fellow engineers and advocate for best practices in software development

Required qualifications

• Experience engineering software products end-to-end on a cloud-native stack
• Ability to write clean, reusable code and produce high-quality software through automated testing
• Foundational understanding of data engineering and secure software development
• Familiarity with API-first design and continuous integration practices
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and their impact on software development
