Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the reliability and scalability of the Chainlink Runtime Environment, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and build distributed systems, develop backend services and APIs, and drive architectural improvements in a remote work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate highly scalable platform services to improve the CRE platform's reliability and performance
• Lead the development of production-grade backend services and APIs for multiple internal stakeholders
• Drive architectural improvements to enable vertical and horizontal platform scaling

Required qualifications

• Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale production platforms
• Advanced proficiency in developing production systems using Go (Golang)
• Strong experience with distributed systems and production APIs
• Demonstrated ability to deliver reliable, high-quality software through rigorous engineering practices
• Self-driven approach with a high degree of ownership and technical curiosity
