Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Senior Software Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for designing, developing, and executing software solutions for Automated Tank Gauge platforms while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute software solutions to meet business needs on Automated Tank Gauge platforms
• Identify and apply new technology stacks and frameworks to enhance team capabilities
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices in design and coding

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in software development using object-oriented programming languages, preferably C++ or Java
• Project leadership experience is preferred
• Familiarity with continuous integration and automated testing technologies
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and cloud services like AWS or Azure is beneficial
