Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To define the future of AI-powered healthcare, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will lead product initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance the physician-facing care platform, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity from New York or Boston.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives with Product and Design to develop AI-enabled care experiences that enhance patient engagement and outcomes
• Collaborate closely with the ML research team to integrate cutting-edge AI techniques into clinical care
• Architect scalable backend systems for health data ingestion and enterprise client integrations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building production software, with at least 2 years in a startup or growth company
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, and Redis
• Experience in building scalable systems serving large user bases and enterprise clients
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent developments in the field
• Strong initiative in driving projects to completion and navigating ambiguity effectively
