Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer to work remotely, who will design and build production-grade software, reusable Python libraries, and AI-enabled automation systems to enhance NBCUniversal's data collaboration ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build internal AI agents and automation workflows to support various operations
• Develop reusable tools, APIs, and components for creating new workflows and ensure reliability through evaluation and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in building production-grade software using Python
• Hands-on experience with AI applications, including LLMs and automation systems
• 3+ years of experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks
• Strong understanding of production system design and operational support
