Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Software Engineer, the ideal candidate will analyze, design, develop, and maintain software applications using Microsoft technologies while mentoring other engineers and communicating directly with product owners and end users.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and maintain software applications with minimal supervision
• Mentor other engineers and assist in code reviews while providing accurate time estimates for tasks and projects
• Communicate with product owners and end users to understand application requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in computer programming, specifically with ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, and SQL
• Experience with web development in a client/server setup and relational database design using MySQL or Microsoft SQL
• Proficiency in Object Oriented Analysis and Development within large enterprise applications
• Familiarity with software development life cycles such as Agile or SCRUM
