Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced in C# .NET application development, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, implement, and maintain internal and customer-facing applications for customer support, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance the support experience for Blizzard customers and Game Masters
• Provide technical leadership in backend systems development across Service Technologies
• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and producers throughout the development process

Required qualifications

• Good working knowledge of C#, Microsoft .NET Framework, and .NET ASP.NET Core
• Experience designing systems and APIs with high uptime requirements
• Working knowledge of software quality best practices, including unit and integration testing
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience
• 3 or more years of experience delivering C# .NET applications in a professional environment
