Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time hybrid Senior Software Engineer, the candidate will lead the design and development of large features, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high-quality software delivery while utilizing technologies such as React and GraphQL.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design, planning, execution, and testing of significant features within the team's domain
• Lead technical discovery and make tradeoff decisions, collaborating with adjacent teams as necessary
• Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, mentorship, and championing AI-assisted development practices

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial software development experience
• Expertise in React and/or GraphQL
• Demonstrated ability to lead non-trivial projects from design through delivery
• Strong understanding of cloud-based and web technologies
• Experience mentoring other engineers
