Job Summary

Owning and shipping high-impact features end-to-end, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely to address pain points for nurses, pharmacy partners, and internal operations while setting a high technical standard through hands-on execution and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Own and ship high-impact features from technical design through production
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and develop effective solutions
• Drive technical initiatives around code quality, observability, and testing

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
• Proficiency in Golang as the primary backend language
• Experience with web services and REST API development
• Comfort in early-stage product environments with rapidly evolving requirements
• Based in the US and available to work on US hours
