Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and shipping high-impact features end-to-end, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely to address the needs of nurses, pharmacy partners, and internal operations by translating ambiguous business requirements into concrete engineering plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-impact features from technical design to production
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and build effective solutions
• Drive technical initiatives around code quality, observability, and testing

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
• Proficiency in Golang as the primary backend language
• Experience with web services and REST API development
• Ability to work in early-stage product environments with rapidly evolving requirements
• Based in the US and available to work on US hours
