Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building and shipping features for a cloud-agnostic backup storage platform, the remote Senior Software Engineer will develop reliable backend services in Go, implement SaaS connectors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build reliable backend services in Go across the backup and restore pipeline
• Implement SaaS connectors that integrate with M365, Google Workspace, and Salesforce APIs
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions while debugging and resolving production issues

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Go or a strong willingness to work in Go as the primary language
• Experience building and operating backend services on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for service deployment
• Working knowledge of SQL databases and REST or gRPC APIs
