Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with an internal software development team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and maintain custom applications for both internal and external clients, focusing on SQL architecture and performance monitoring in a remote role aligned with Eastern Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Creating intricate Stored Procedures and data models to meet business needs
• Conducting SQL Performance Tuning and developing integrated solutions utilizing both Oracle and SQL Server
• Managing projects and maintaining solutions through GIT and Azure DevOps while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server database design, development, and maintenance
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET web-based applications
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, and support application components using the .NET Framework and C#
• Experience with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code (2017 or later)
• Demonstrated experience in Agile software development environments, particularly using Scrum methodologies
