Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support mission-critical communications, the remote Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions as part of a cross-functional Agile team, focusing on containerized microservices and RESTful API development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop containerized microservices and contribute to RESTful API design for data integrations
• Participate in Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle, resolving technical challenges to ensure successful project outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and mentor team members to enhance engineering quality

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with the ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, design, and deployment
• Expertise with JavaScript and modern TypeScript frameworks, along with knowledge of SQL and data architectures
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes for development and deployment in cloud-native environments
