Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on building secure backend services, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop and maintain key-management systems for decentralized applications in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop Go backend services for wallet creation, authentication, and signing at scale
• Implement key recovery and committee trust models to ensure non-custodial service operation
• Conduct security reviews and hardening, collaborating with external auditors to ensure code quality

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience as a backend engineer with production services in Go or a similar systems language
• Strong understanding of applied cryptography fundamentals and distributed systems
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, observability, and incident response practices
• Ability to communicate clearly through design documents and decision records
• Security-focused mindset with experience in threat modeling and key custody
