Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Streaming TV engineering team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and deliver scalable backend services and data pipelines while utilizing AI-driven development tools in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines using Airflow, Airbyte, Kafka, and dbt to manage billions of records
• Design and develop backend services with Python and FastAPI for content intelligence and reporting dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and ship features from data ingestion to customer-facing dashboards

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Deep experience with data warehouses and analytical databases such as Snowflake or BigQuery
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines with tools like Airflow or dbt
• Familiarity with event streaming technologies such as Kafka
