Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead technical execution within Product Engineering teams in a full-time remote role, focusing on API-driven services and event-driven architecture while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable services, APIs, and integrations
• Ensure code quality and implement strategies for frequent, safe changes to production systems
• Mentor junior and intermediate engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of software development experience, particularly in backend development with Java
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go, and expertise in Spring Framework
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
