Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., the full-time Senior Software Engineer will engage in hands-on technical development for a complex Microsoft .NET full stack project, focusing on E2E Identity and Access Management (IAM) while contributing to planning, design, testing, and mentoring within an Agile team.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions while ensuring high-quality functional delivery
• Implement automated testing practices and support manual testing as needed to enhance customer experience
• Mentor team members and present technical work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 8+ years of experience with C# and the .NET Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 4+ years of experience with RESTful Web API Development
• 4+ years of experience using SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL profiling/performance tuning
• 2+ years of experience with Entity Framework or equivalent data access technologies
