Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Software Engineer focused on Fleet & Planning, the candidate will design and develop software solutions for optimizing camera locations, automating permitting workflows, and creating customer dashboards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build geospatial tools and algorithms for effective camera and safety device placement
• Develop software integrations to automate permitting submissions and approvals across various jurisdictions
• Create a unified dashboard for customers to monitor device installation progress and fleet health

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Typescript (Node) and modern web frameworks such as React
• Experience with SQL and various data stores
• Strong knowledge of Docker and deployment via Helm to Kubernetes
• Familiarity with AWS services like S3, API Gateway, and SQS
• Understanding of AI-assisted engineering practices and tools
