Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of advanced algorithms and software systems for autonomous platforms, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, implement, integrate, and test software tools while providing technical leadership in a flexible hybrid environment that allows for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop software systems for uncrewed system autonomy and multi-agent collaboration
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring throughout the software and system development lifecycle
• Develop and maintain mission planning systems, automated control processes, and CI/CD pipelines

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
• BS in Computer Science or related technical field with 5+ years of experience
• 3+ years of experience with C++ or Java
• Proven ability to develop and test autonomy algorithms and software
• Experience with Agile software lifecycle methodologies and tools, such as JIRA and Gitlab
