Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning complex problems end-to-end, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will build and ship solutions that impact millions of families, collaborating closely with product management and other teams to drive outcomes based on customer evidence.

Key responsibilities

• Frame problems with product managers and run experiments to validate solutions
• Design and implement critical systems while managing risks and tradeoffs effectively
• Contribute to AI initiatives and share insights to enhance team capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience shipping production systems with a strong judgment in decision-making
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and adapt quickly to changing information
• Experience in backend and frontend development, as well as data pipeline management
• Familiarity with technologies such as Rails, React, TypeScript, and AWS
• Generalist skill set with a track record of building across various parts of a tech stack
