Job Summary

Leading the engineering team in developing scalable, high-performance systems, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will define technical roadmaps, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features while advocating for engineering needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead technical roadmaps, ensuring the engineering team builds scalable, high-performance systems
• Set engineering standards for code quality, design, and implementation, guiding the team to follow these principles

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading technical work on complex, high-scale systems
• Deep experience designing scalable, performant architectures and making technology decisions that support product and team growth
• Strong ability to mentor others and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Proficiency in defining technical roadmaps aligned with business goals and driving alignment across teams
