Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Core team, the full-time remote position will focus on designing and maintaining APIs and services that enhance digital ordering experiences, while also mentoring other engineers and guiding technical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex systems, influencing technical direction and strategy
• Own the delivery of large-scale features, coordinating efforts across multiple teams to align with business objectives
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• Advanced proficiency in C#/.Net with experience in designing large-scale, complex systems
• In-depth understanding of architectural principles for distributed systems, such as microservices and event-driven architecture
• Proficiency in managing cloud infrastructure and implementing DevOps best practices using CI/CD tools
