Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and implement scalable and secure software systems, contribute to technical architecture, and mentor team members while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable systems within a team or product area
• Build and optimize continuous delivery pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative problem-solving

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages with deep expertise in at least one technology domain
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and experience designing distributed systems
• Proven ability to balance cost, scalability, security, and maintainability in software solutions
• Deep fluency in TypeScript and knowledge of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation
• Experience in evaluating and adopting AI tooling relevant to software development
