Job Summary

Driving the development of innovative voice applications, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain resilient backend services for the Voice AI platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain backend services supporting the Voice AI platform
• Lead complex projects from design through production, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• Shape the technical direction of the team by making architectural decisions and defining best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with object-oriented languages such as Java or Kotlin
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Experience shipping complex, mission-critical production services
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and production reliability
• Experience developing AI-integrated products or features
