Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building cloud-native products, the remote Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable software using Scala, TypeScript, and C#, while mentoring fellow engineers and driving technical direction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native applications using modern programming languages and technologies
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Ensure high-quality software delivery through testing, continuous integration, and adherence to clean architecture principles

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in building production software
• Strong proficiency in functional or object-oriented programming languages such as Scala, TypeScript, or C#
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with AWS and containerization technologies like Docker
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
