Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-powered automation systems, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with the CTO to architect and scale backend services that power intelligent agents in enterprise environments, focusing on building reliable and efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent agents that automate complex workflows across enterprise software platforms
• Own backend services, ensuring production reliability and performance monitoring for mission-critical workflows
• Collaborate with the founding team to break down product goals into shippable milestones and iterate based on customer feedback

Required qualifications

• Professional engineering experience building production systems
• Fluency in TypeScript, Python, or Rust, with a bonus for knowledge of multiple languages
• Hands-on experience with scalable distributed systems and backend services
• Experience integrating with AI/ML models and deploying production services
• Startup experience and a proven ability to solve complex problems in fast-paced environments
