Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance web applications and data pipelines in the healthcare sector, the full-time Senior Software Engineer I will develop scalable solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions for data processing
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to create and execute technical roadmaps using Agile methodologies
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Required qualifications

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table datasets
• 4+ years of experience building backend applications as part of a cross-functional team
• 2+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting
• 2+ years of experience coaching other engineers
