Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a rapidly scaling Marketplace Engineering Team, the remote Senior Software Engineer will focus on writing maintainable code and implementing new features to connect customers with maintenance shops, facilitate service transactions, and enhance billing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement features to improve the Marketplace offering for fleet management
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Engage in code reviews and ensure the delivery of well-tested, maintainable, and performant code

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• 2+ years of experience with ReactJS and Typescript
• Firm understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Previous experience with payment systems like Stripe or Brex
