Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer to enhance pricing algorithms and bulk action capabilities for SaaS products, collaborating with a team in a remote environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy sophisticated pricing algorithms and optimize bulk action capabilities for property managers
• Develop scalable solutions using Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, GraphQL, and React while solving complex business problems
• Mentor and guide other engineers to enhance the team's overall capabilities and champion agentic coding practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing service-based applications, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong experience with automated testing and Agile software development processes (Scrum or Kanban)
• Deep experience with modern programming languages such as Ruby, Java, or Python, and modern frontend frameworks like React
• Ability to break down complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions
• Commitment to code maintainability and advocating for refactoring and clean architecture
