Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To drive meaningful impact across the patient funnel, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design and deliver reliable, high-quality product experiences, focusing on patient acquisition systems, registration flows, and the end-to-end onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, collaborating with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to run experiments and implement improvements
• Build and evolve systems optimized for performance, correctness, and resilience to enhance patient outcomes
• Mentor team members and lead technical initiatives while navigating engineering tradeoffs and proactively identifying risks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, focusing on production-ready web applications
• Strong competency in API design, data modeling, and developing distributed systems
• Experience with modern full-stack frameworks, balancing frontend and backend responsibilities
• Proven history of owning technical initiatives, including scope mapping and risk management
• Active proficiency with modern AI-assisted development tooling and understanding of associated technical risks
