Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on driving growth and experimentation initiatives, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will build and optimize user experiences across Docker's product suite while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship behavior-based user experiences that enhance onboarding, activation, and retention
• Design and implement end-to-end growth experiments, from hypothesis to post-launch analysis
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Ops teams to improve core funnel metrics through high-velocity experiments

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on growth engineering and experimentation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, along with backend services in Go or Python
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and feature flags in production environments
• Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools such as Adobe Target or Looker
