Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To design and deliver customer experience solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop stateful AWS applications, operate independently in an AWS environment, and validate software releases for multi-locale IVR applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop stateful AWS applications
• Validate software releases for large multi-locale IVR applications
• Write and execute SQL for application configuration changes

Required qualifications

• Experience with AWS services such as IAM, S3, EC2, SNS, SQS, RDS, and SageMaker
• Proficiency in Java programming and stateful web applications
• Familiarity with microservice architectures on Linux and Unix platforms
• Experience with cloud-native implementations on Amazon AWS
• Ability to use standard tools like Jenkins and git for software deployment
