Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of a high-performance Solana validator client, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and implement solutions using Zig, translating existing Rust code while optimizing performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Understanding and communicating the functionality of the existing Rust client
• Writing high-quality code in Zig, ensuring performance and readability
• Conducting performance research to analyze and optimize software bottlenecks

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience using Rust
• Experience with memory-managed languages such as Zig, C, or C++ is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
