Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building and scaling core systems for a real-time ML-based advertising stack, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, implement, and operate low-latency, high-throughput services while collaborating with product and data teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement distributed, high-throughput, low-latency systems for advertising and decisioning
• Collaborate closely with product and data teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and observability
• Manage architectural ownership, including clean interfaces and modular service boundaries that scale with growth

Required qualifications

• Experience building or scaling distributed systems, ideally in advertising or real-time domains
• Proficiency in compiled languages such as Go, Rust, C++, Scala, or Java
• Strong understanding of observability, alerting, and CI/CD practices
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with strong ownership
• Startup mindset with a balance of technical standards and pragmatism
