Job Summary

To support a growing analytics platform, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design and develop scalable software solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers while focusing on high-performance systems in the fintech industry.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and high-performance systems
• Mentor and guide junior team members to promote growth and knowledge sharing within the engineering team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional programming experience, with a strong focus on Python
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and their applications
• Experience building and optimizing distributed, scalable systems and high-performance applications
• Proficiency in working with large-scale datasets and implementing solutions for efficient data processing
