Job Summary

Leading a team in the development of next-generation healthcare software, the full-time remote Senior Principal Software Engineer will enhance tooling solutions, optimize performance for high user capacity, and mentor engineers while contributing to code.

Key responsibilities

• Translate abstract concepts into tooling solutions that improve customer-facing applications
• Lead performance enhancement efforts to support applications with over 10,000 users
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to convert user needs into technical requirements and architecture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years in a team lead role utilizing Agile practices
• 5+ years of experience developing Cloud Native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Professional experience with modern version control systems such as Git
