Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building cloud-native products remotely, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems using Scala, TypeScript, and C#, while mentoring fellow engineers and collaborating on technical direction.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native products and microservices
• Mentor teammates and contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions
• Implement best practices in software development, including Test-Driven Development and CI/CD

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in building production software
• Strong experience with object-oriented or functional programming languages, particularly Scala, TypeScript, and C#
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with AWS and containerization technologies like Docker
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
