Job Summary

Collaborating with a talented team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop and enhance Ford Reservation Services, focusing on creating customer-centric features and maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Ford Reservation Services iteratively in a fast-paced environment
• Create features based on user interviews and rapid feedback
• Define and advance the team's culture, norms, and practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with clean code principles, including test-driven development (TDD)
• 7+ years of proficiency in front-end languages such as JavaScript/Typescript
