Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and evolving internal software platforms, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will maintain and enhance production applications, APIs, and AI-enabled workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance internally developed applications and tooling for terminology management and workflow automation
• Support operational reliability of AI-enabled applications, including troubleshooting and incident response
• Collaborate with various teams to improve AI-powered workflows and mentor team members on software engineering best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including experience supporting production systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building maintainable services and APIs in production environments
• Experience designing and supporting cloud-based applications in AWS, including services such as Lambda and S3
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or Glue
