Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will build, evolve, and support integration and data services initiatives, focusing on REST API design, cloud architecture, and client-facing projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Be the primary development and support for Data Services offerings
• Design and implement REST APIs while managing project activities from scoping to deployment
• Support Data Services clients with sandbox configuration, custom integration activities, and software integrity validation

Required qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree (Required); M.S. preferred
• 4-6 years as a full-stack software developer using Ruby on Rails
• 3+ years architecting and maintaining REST API clients and servers
• 3+ years developing web applications with over 100,000 lines of code using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL
